yeah. so as i was leaving for 13 last night i took a header down my steps. not ALL of them mind you, but the last 6 or so. did something horrible to my right foot. emergency room, x-rays, blah blah blah and 6 hours later home with a bad sprain. i didn't even get any good painkillers out of the whole ordeal. AND i worked a full day today. man am i one sore sister tonight. ace bandages (i didn't even know they still used those!) ice and elevation are the order of the evening. steven is in charge of the pooch.
